Note from the author: The author is a McGregor fan but only to the limits of entertainment, he realizes that cheering, crying, stressing over athletes is stupid because he doesn’t get money, or time from it.
Well, the underdog has remained under.
Connor McGregor was much to happy to be out of that boxing ring. He made certain comments,
Like, “should’ve just let the man take me down”
Loss is an important part of sports. Why? Because a loss gives winning it’s values.
If losing wasn’t a concept, then there would no value of winning. McGregor was putting on pressure in the early rounds, he succumbed to the same thing all the 49 other fighters against Mayweather lost to as well.
That is, appearances.
He doesn’t look like a 49-0 (Now 50-0) Fighter. He looks like an average fighter. You see his tapes and you think (Mayweather on the left)
“Man, i’d just go in, no defense, and give it my all for a couple of minutes straight to his head”
Appearances are dangerous. He is ripped, he is shredded, you can visibly see his abs, his chest has separation but you probably thought “So, theres people in my gym who look like that, they can’t fight”
Connor McGregor did well for stepping into another mans home and challenging him. Now that McGregor has lost, we will see what type of man he is. Normally he’d be withdrawn for the next couple of days, and quiet, but McGregor is not a normal person, we’ll see how he reacts.
After this phase McGregor will be in a state of “Man I need to show these people I’m not handicapped by a loss”.
McGreggor, now that he has lost, will do some attention grabbing things. Maybe fights, maybe otherwise.
So, Losing to Mayweather means Connor McGregor will be back, and he will put on a hell of a show.
