1) Push your shoulders back
you will see your chest naturally protrudes and your spine corrects itself.
2) Imagine you have a chest like superman.
Superman your chest, you will notice that your shoulders naturally go back.
3) Straighten your spine.
Zone into your body, is your spine curved and being pressed outwards by your hunched body? Straighten that shit out! When your spine is straightened, naturally your chest will be in its proper place and you will have good posture.

You NEED TO REMEMBER TO KEEP YOUR NECK STRAIGHT TOO. None of these tips guarantee that your head will be properly aligned to your body, always make sure you are not leaning your head forward and looking like an idiot.
Do not over posture so that your spine is curved inwards, you will also look like an idiot.
Sitting is much different, you can slouch, but not forwards, always lean back in 130 degrees when sitting to be relaxed. Your body is not meant to be upright while you’re sitting.
